Job Title : Factory Foreman

We have an exciting opportunity available for a qualified kitchen cabinetmaker Foreperson to oversee the factory team. The right candidate will be joining a well-established business in the Brimbank community who execute high quality work for residential and commercial customers.

Core Responsibilities of the roll are listed below

• Skilled Foreperson to run the factory including all aspects of assembly, Spectra CNC, quality control, dispatch, staff processes, deadlines etc
• Liaising with the production management to ensure schedules are met and quality control is achieved.
• Assisting with staff procedures.
• Maintaining the factory high standard of cleanliness and organisation.
• Computer and Cabmaster software an advantage.
• Negotiable wages based on experience + performance.
• Long term permanent position.
• Current drivers license
